Walk in with as much documentation as one should expect to have and I am told the bill of sale the seller provided me for a private sale vehicle is not acceptable. I would think that with the multitude of documents that I was able to provide a wise agent would accept my bill of sale, process the registration for the vehicle and have a person leave happy. I would not recommend you use this location and suggests that regardless of convenience you make the extra walk 5 blocks south to New Urban Registry and they will ensure you are taken care of. How is it possible that I can walk into one registry be rejected, leave, walk to another registry and have my vehicle registered after a private sale with no problem what so ever. Either the owner of this location needs to educate their staff on proper customer service or they need to have additional training on the allowable documentation required to register a vehicle. I have seen people walk into a registry with a napkin as a bill of sale and the agent will process it, I had an official AB government bill of sale signed and witnessed and was rejected at this location. Congratulation TLC on losing a customer for life and know that word of mouth is your best advertising.
