Went for drinks at the whisky bar at the Watergate...

Went for drinks at the whisky bar at the Watergate hotel. Premium whisky, but an expensive cocktail menu that starts at $18. The hotel itself has a lot of history, and it's nicely upgraded. As far as drinks, other DC bars for craft cocktails and atmosphere give this tough competition, so it's hard to justify five stars.
