They had a demo pair of high end headphones at a discounted price and I purchased it online. I called them to make sure the quality of the pair was still fine and there were no issues. They sent me a new pair instead of the demo since they tested it first instead of shipping immediately. I was happy that I received a new unit. Customer service is on point here. I would highly reccomend this place.
