This place is perfect for you if you like unprofessional people, or, if you don't mind a cold apartment, or, if you don't mind the manager knocking on your door trying to give you a 5 day notice for non payment of rent, when you've payed it in full, on time, and two months later they put a late fee notice next to your door knob, (not under your door) saying you owe money, when you've paid in full, or having a property manager tell you they don't do walk threws with tenants when you have concerns, and issues, or, having a potentially dangerous, inoperable oven in your apartment for three weeks, they're HORRIBLE, you've been warned!!!!!
