Kevin at Fitness-Tek literally performed magic. I have been unable to run for months due to an IT band and hip issue. In one session I walked out feeling MUCH better. In fact, actually ran this week with NO pain or discomfort! I am very active and tend to work through the pain, but I am optimistic those days are behind me. As I get older I want to continue to lift weights, run, and play without pain and I now know that can happen. Thank you so very much Kevin!
