For 1 month I try to join them for the assignment ...

For 1 month I try to join them for the assignment of my children in a college following a move !! INADMISSIBLE !! nor by phone and no response to my emails! The day I was able to move I was told that there was no staff to deal with my request because they were the "bridge" .... I don't mind, but the telephone and the email are used to what! ??? It's scandalous !
