In Brazil, I have a Clio 2016 and since the first KM's the brake was never efficient, sometimes sinking the pedal at once.
I went to the Dealership Sinal and they informed twice that everything was normal!
After the warranty, the vehicle was without brake, took it to the dealership and NOW reported problem in ABS with budget of $ 16,000.00.
The consultant also informed that Renault will not bear the expense, even due to claims during the warranty period.
"Renault is not honest"
After my questions the value fell to $ 2,800.00, (alleged confusion in the value of the piece).
Renault has denied fixing a security issue involving LIFE!
The SAC informs that it can do nothing!
Renault doesn't care about safety, it's not a serious company!
