Josh in customer service is great. When I called and was connected to Josh, I explained my problem and he immediately suggested a fix for me. I'm a happy customer--I'll buy Legacy products in the future.
I bought a grease gun from a local parts store here in Oregon. I ve spent three days trying to prime it. I ve taken it back to the parts store twice, and they basically blew me off. I was a mechanic a long time ago and over thirty years I have pretty much warn out the old one. Frustrated, I called the factory in Iowa. They transferred me to Josh in service. Within a couple minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and is shipping me a new one. Now that is service at it s finest. Thank you Legacy, and THANK YOU JOSH!
After Purchasing a Lock-n-Load a few years ago, I finally needed to change the cartridge and to no avail, it is not possible. Breaking into a safe would be easier. This product is a rip off
