Are you kidding me? They don't even pick up the phone! Useless. Typical of Fulton County. After sitting on hold for 6 minutes with the same message repeating over and over, it hung up on me.

I have never been to a government site that had people so helpful and friendly! They actually seem happy to help and not filled with contempt by you! I was there twice last month and each time, the people there were so helpful and happy to do so!!!

Literally no one answers. I ve been calling and all you get is a recorded message from Cisco to hold and no operator ever comes to line.

Very professional, answered all my questions and phone rang only once and was answered. Very satisfied

You are required to be here at 8am. However, the building opens at 8:30am. This building has no air conditioning in the jury room. They apologize while you wait in the steaming heat. There is no parking. The parking area is sketchy and run down. The whole process takes time. You will wait in line for about 45 minutes to get registered.....Overall, this is the worst experience ever.

Phone system is TERRIBLE and haven t been connected to an actual person for the two days I ve been calling.

Held for total of 1 hour and 45 minutes and eventually called back only to hold until they closed. Boo
