I had a bad experience with OOBE. I got a problem with iphonex with faceId and contacted Apple support , they book an appointment with OOBE Wellington, they took my phone and updated the comments in their status site saying it s not a software issue, it s a hardware issue ,so sent to Apple support. After one week they gave my phone , Apple did some tests and it passed. OOBE charged me 59$ even my phone is under warranty. I asked them why should I pay , sumeet (I think he in charge)told me since it s a software issue , I need to pay. I showed him the comments of their site , he said they are by mistake. I contacted Apple, they are sorry for the issue and they agreed to refund my money. Highly not recommending to visit this centre based on my experience , a big thumbs down for their staff and service.
