Trying to refinance loan under a different provider. Not responding to my requests, and haven't seen a statement in over a year. Apparently when you give them more money than they ask for, they decide you don't want a statement anymore. It's all good, my new provider actually treats me like a human, so I'll be done with these jackals soon.

Avoid like the plague.
