I was in an accident the end of May. Not being from Edmonton I had no idea where to go so the tow truck driver suggested Kia West Edmonton- best thing that happened all day!

When I arrived, car wrecked (along with my emotional state lol)- Juliana was the first face I saw and she was an absolute saint. She was so incredibly calming and helpful - she advised me how the insurance processed worked- fixed an error on the insurance companies part in setting up my rental car- explained everything that would happen and what I needed to do - all the while with the most beautiful smile and calming demeanour.

I drove back to Calgary in a rental, leaving my car for what ended up being about 4 weeks. Juliana texted and emailed weekly keeping me updated, asking if I needed anything, completely keeping me in the loop at all times.

I picked up my vehicle last Saturday and was so happy to see her working when I arrived.
She explained everything they fixed- showed me Photos- offered to replace my key fab battery when I texted her an hour later frantically lol.
She reached out later that day to see if I made it home ok- and another text today just checking in to make sure I was happy with everything.

Let me tell you, if it were not for Juliana, I would have crumbled that day- I m from Nova Scotia, living in Calgary, didn t know anyone or what to do in that situation and she was literally my angel that day.

Juliana, you are absolutely magnificent at what you do and your genuine care shines bright!!!
