My Dyson quit working just when my in-laws were coming to stay over the Memorial Day weekend! I called Corky at the Vacuum Co and he said I could drop off my vacuum and he'd take a look at it. (Another repair place couldn't take a look at it for 1 1/2 weeks.) When I got there, he asked a couple questions about the vacuum, opened it up and to my dismay, it was a filthy filter! I had cleaned one but never the one in the ball! So he put in 2 new filters, sprayed some lubricant and my Dyson was ready to go to work!! Just in time for out of town guests!! He could have replaced the switch since that's what we thought it was, but he was honest and fair and thanks to his 30+ yrs of experience, he knew it was just the filters! Thank you Corky!
