Worst clinic ever !!!!! Ive been waiting on a refe...

Worst clinic ever !!!!! Ive been waiting on a referral for the past month ! Every time i call the front desk tells me to hold and transfers my call. They do not even try to answer my questions! To top it off they transfer my call and never answer.! I cannot request an appointment where my doctor wanted me to be seen at because im waiting on a referral from Whittier. I called to follow up after a month and i was told the referral was sent already. When i called the other practice no referral was sent. The other office called on my behalf because i told them how frustrated i was about the poor customer service and how i have been trying to get this referral for a month now. When the representative from the other office called Whittier to request my medical records and the referral the referral department said the person that handles the referrals was gone for the day at 3:30pm and that they will call the other office back. I was also very specific about a doctors letter i needed for school and they said it would take about a week. After a week i called to make sure it was ready before i go and pick it up. Front desk told me the letter was ready. When i get there the letter was not ready and she said that the doctor also had to sign it but that she was in lunch. She asked me to wait or to come back next day. I went next day and when i open the letter it was a printed record of my immunizations. I did not request a copy of my immunizations. I requested a letter for school from my np stating i am okay to participate in any activities. Don't get me wrong, the doctors are amazing and the pharmacy team as well. But Apparently, the front desk staff ALL need training on customer service.
