I have been on with HBC/BS for 41 minutes and coun...

I have been on with HBC/BS for 41 minutes and counting. I have had my identity verified 3xs by 3 different reps asking 6 questions each. I simply want to know how to stop them from getting PAID TWICE ON EACH PREMIUM PAYMENT FOR MY 88 YR OLD MOTHER. There website is terrible to navigate and isn't showing where they are pulling payment.
