Be careful, once you service your car here you got to make sure what they say in the invoice is what you agreed upon. Service department said " i have a weak battery" I told them I have no issues with my battery, i also have a battery indicator in my car, telling you if its weak or not by the voltage. Then I noticed things were written on my invoice service papers claiming i said no to a battery change and they wrote in the invoice my battery is weak and needs replacement. why write that? When i wasnt informed. Thats deceiving.
Also i noticed that they didnt even check my car properly. How I know? I went to a different dealer for second opinion and they said that there is a problem with my front right brajes. It wasnt not unclamping and clamping properly. Keep in mind this was 2 days after my car was serviced by mazda essendon.
I guess they dont inspect your car? They just tick your invoice saying yes yes yes ? Without inspecting? I call that dangerous and careless.
I have bought this car new at this dealer and serviced it there every 10,000kms. I guess they are nice when you buy a car but when its service time they are dodgy and dont even inspect your car 100% as they should. I wonder if they even service your car properly or is it dont by apprentices. To save cost.
Bad for thrm, i bought another new mazda but at city mazda, got a better deal and staff were more friendly unlike essendon mazda.
If you want dodgy service and staff to rip you off and treat you like you are dumb trying to squeeze money from you. Come to essendon mazda.
Ill make sure ill tell people my experience at this dealer.
