Purchased a NEW KIA Sportage GT top of the range t...

Purchased a NEW KIA Sportage GT top of the range to use for work. It was ordered with a tow bar as i tow a trailer 2-3 days a week for work. Upon picking up the car I was told there was a delay with the tow bar. The truth is KIA haven't produced one for the car yet and can not tell me when it will be available. This is causing me huge headaches and I as a result loading stuff inside the car that is destroying the interior (building materials etc). I have contacted customer service multiple times as they could care less, offering zero assistance. Before buying I was told KIA had the best customer service in the industry, that total BS. Once the sale is done they couldn't care less. A shame i cant post zero stars as a rating.
