After a few weeks delay on our furniture, which we were incredibly unhappy about, we experienced excellent customer service to get our table and chairs to us as quickly as possible. Their staff member, I think his Ben, was very helpful and friendly. We ve not got the tables and chairs in our kitchen and we absolutely love them! Thank you UTL team for all your help
