Not off to a great start the first person you re greeted by and I use that term extremely loosely, is a bothered woman who doesn t seem too enthusiastic about checking you in. Unfortunately, only one of my 4 tickets from the original email uploaded into my wallet. I think technology as we hope it to be helpful and time saving has its glitches which they seem to be aware of because I said they were in my Apple wallet and she said yeah, if they all uploaded. But she didn t want to offer help other than snarky remarks. Rolling her eyes and bothered by me now looking for the email that she incorrectly told me I got sent one email from interactive ticketing. Ok I m looking at the email I don t see the link she s talking about, Because beware you get more than one email from interactive ticketing not just one like she said. Finally get the tickets sorry for wasting your 5 minutes after spending 200 dollars to come here. I m sure it was the most difficult thing you did all day. Next you go through the drive through, I understand this year took a lot of accommodating due to covid however, many people still drove with their lights on, almost impossible to navigate the dark path without them especially being unknown terrain. No story told over the station as you re driving through. A little bit of a let down especially since they didn't modify their pricing to consider the lack of the most entertaining part of the experience. Haunted houses were good as usual, I preferred them to space the groups out further due to people running into you and ruining your moments of surprise through the houses and maze. Rude attendant at the end of the corn maze. If you re going to work with the public maybe you should try remembering these are customers and you don t have to be rude to make your point. Make rude comments about people as they had their masks on improperly. Just gently remind them, they re outside they re wearing it, you have a job to do to enforce them you don t have to come at people aggressively.
