Truly some of the worst customer service people ever! Bought an iMac 27" 2015, which said was in stock After calling and calling talked to customer service. Said it was shipping, never got confirmation, had to call again, and got the run around. My guess is they never had it in stock and ordered it from Apple. I still do not have this computer and it still has not shipped. Going to try to cancel the order -- this should be interesting. Just check out Yelp on this company. I wish I read those reviews before ordering. Also, don't let some of their good review fool you, they are fake and paid for by the company to promote the company; very obvious. They will save you a few dollars for sure, but you pay for it in the lack of customer service and BS delivery times. I used B&H for yours and always the best service. I will be going back there or order it from Apple direct.
