Just checked in today and so far this place does not have good customer service. We purposely were in contact with managemen over a month prior to coming up with friends, who were going to stay in a spectate room. We kept in communication to try and ensure our rooms could be across the hall from each other. Upon checking in, which we were 3 hours early on purpose, the manager working today was extremely rude, short spoken and didn't try to help us with our dilemma. She stated that the room she put us in was extremely close in person than on the map she showed us; so we went with it. Upon getting up to our room, it was 9 doors down from where we wanted to be. I'm seriously thinking this manager was high on glue. The proximity was more accurate on paper than in real life. Who cares that the resort is nice. When you have crappy customer service, it's super disappointing. Maybe the stay will get better.
