The service was quick and efficient. Only thing that bummed me out was that the agents went to the walk-in line first an took the first two cars before coming to my car, I was in the appointment line, I was the first one in that line. My appointment was at 7am. I would think it would be prudent to first go to the appointment line, but whatever. ,,,,,,
