My husband and I have just purchased a 2015 Golf Diesel from Volkswagen Waterloo! The staff were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about current news in the auto industry. Our questions were respectfully received and answered fully. Excited to drive the new car, we very much appreciated the personal assistance to introduce us to many of the features. Robert Vagacs, our sales rep, has also offered to provide additional assistance as we continue to have questions in getting acquainted with the new vehicle. Automotive protection and roadside service are also valuable aspects of the purchasing process.
