I called the dealer to see if they could look at my car. I told them my car died and I was stuck in the middle of the road on February 18th. The lady responded they could get me in on March 17th. I reiterated, I am currently in the middle of the road with a dead car. She reiterated they could look at it on March 17th. I said clearly that is too far out for me given my current situation is there another place you know of that may be able to see me sooner? They refused to give any suggestions. I m appalled by their level of service provided and complete unwillingness to help or even listen.
