We were lied to about multiple things and Berkley not only wouldn't help us but denied everything and were only concerned about their liability. We have also had maintenance requests for things that were broken when we moved in and none of them have been addressed even though they claim it would only take 48 hours. They will tell you anything to sign you and collect your payment. After that youre on your own.
