Moved from East Coast to West Coast and UrbanBound was great to work with. The customer service was friendly and helpful. They helped me ship my car which arrived safe and sound and on time. I had an issue with my Uhaul trailer at pickup, I called UrbanBound and left a message and within minutes my assigned UrbanBound representative returned my call and was ready to assist. I appreciated how easy it was to reach my UrbanBound rep and how helpful she was. It definitely took some stress out of the moving experience. Highly recommend.
