The used car staff was abusive and very high pressure. I noticed a math error and when I brought it up was accused of trying to "nickel and dime" them, in a hostile manner from the used car manager. They had the car listed for less money online than in the dealership and I was harassed for noticing and requesting that they honor their advertised price. I was in a bad spot and needed a car or I would have waited for the model I was looking for to show up at another dealership.
Also from the time I test drove the car to when I picked it up the hubcaps and floor mats went missing and the rear defroster was broken. They agreed to fix it but in doing so they have voided my warranty (according to another Ford dealership) and I've since found out that the door panel is held on with mirror mastic.

When I went back to the dealer after finding the rubber stops that stop the fuel door from hitting the car body missing, the sales person instructed me to remove them from another car for sale on the lot.

So I was sold a broken car that had been parted out and now a botched warranty repair has voided my warranty. The sales person kept emailing me for weeks to come buy a car even after I responded that I had...

I'm having trouble thinking of a good side to all of this besides not having to walk.

It would take a lot for me to ever consider this dealership for anything.
