I worked in this company, so I reserve that right and I could not be objective. Workers point of view of employees, wages are decent. The problem is the attitude to get another job, I applied for another job within the company because I wanted a change. The position requires higher education and technical knowledge. I was called to participate in the open competition for the position of engineer, but unfortunately the day before I was notified that the position was canceled. Later I learned that the post was occupied without competition. The idea is that there can be no performance without competition. Imagine a doctor vs. doctor note 5 note 10 during an operation. Since the key positions are given during football matches and matches I do not see why they would not resemble without a doubt the state-owned companies. With nepotism and intellectual inability you can not promote transparency and performance!
