My grandmother has been a valued customer since 1972 and never has missed a payment & always payed early. The online banking said her check cleared, when she called they said it was a mistake and that it didn t clear
My grandma has the money in her bank & they could just re run the check but now inland power is saying my grandma can never send a check as form of payment for a mistake on the banks part.. inland power was so rude to my grandma mind you her hearing is poor due to her being 94 years old!! They came to our house on Christmas Eve, so my grandma called and wanted to pay over the phone and they said absolutely not that she has to do a certified check! She can t even walk! Inland power is terrible! My grandma feels betrayed..especially on Christmas!!
