I love this place. Right near Penn Station and many attractions. Staff are really nice and very helpful. Remember this is a small, cozy NYC hotel that's run very well. Don't expect lavish surroundings. Sidewalk out front is like being in a giant floral garden. Chelsea sidewalks are home to lots of florists. Picture was taken right in front of the hotel lobby.
