One of my best customer service experience I ever ...

One of my best customer service experience I ever had with a Lexus dealership. I am new to South Bend coming from Texas. My GX460 battery was bad. Doug Fine Service manager personally took care of me. He took me in early in the morning and provided a loaner. Outstanding communication regarding the status of my SUV. My SUV was ready that afternoon and was nicely washed as well. My hats off to Doug for going above and beyond on what Lexus does best "World Class Customer Service". Thank you so much for making me feel welcome to Mishawaka Lexus family. Hugo Salinas
