I was very pleased with the service experience we got from Eric Parker. Our RX had several issues on the right front end related from a fender bender accident that a collision shop approved by our insurance company had failed to detect .Eric worked hard to quickly diagnose the problem, document it, and help describe it to my insurance company adjuster, who needed a little coaxing but did eventually agree with Eric's good judgment. We were able to get the work done and covered by insurance. And my wife was able to use an RX loaner the entire time. Thanks to South County Lexus and Eric! This is why we have been customers of this dealership for 12 years.
