Great for young children , There is a large indoor play area for those rainy windy days typical of the British summer, Outside there is a huge wooden adventure playground which is close to a couple of rides.Further into the park you will find another indoor area which is adjacent to a small farm park. If we have another summer similar to 2018 your kids will love the splash zone.

Wheelgate does not have as many rides as its sister park Twinlakes and is perhaps slightly more suited to younger children, Twinlakes has bigger rides more suited to the older child.

Catering is typical of theme parks and is reasonably priced, There are plenty of picnic tables around both parks so if you want to keep costs down then a picnic is always a good option

Staff whilst in the main young are always friendly and polite
