VERY VERY VERY BAD - These people are scam artist's I will be reporting a complaint to the Attorney General's Offices about this the AG does investigate and will eventually shut down dealerships who act in this manner on a regular basis. They will be reviewed for Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act for Unfair and Deceptive Business Practices. They promised me 13,500 and 13,200 after the additional saving promised for the car until after I signed a form allowing them to check my credit. Once that happened they changed the form price to $13,898. The guy literally looked me right in the eye and told me he never agreed to the price 5 minutes ago. Honestly it wasn't even the few hundred dollars it was the way they acted. My credit score went down b/c of the check this is what they are aiming for so you buy from them and they can make a few extra bucks. The lady started to rip the forms up as soon as I said I am calling the cops if they don't give me back my information including pay/social and other personal information. They did not return any of it to me and god knows what illegal activities they will do with it. Once they sucker you for your signature they will put any price they want on the forum an hope you don't notice or like my situation say there was no such thing said.
