I went in the gratuitous sector to try to get a free card because of my acetabular dysplasia. I went on May 6th and was sent back on 6/6, a month later. Well, I came back this week and I had my request denied, because according to them, I am "able to work" and I do not need a free pass. I left there feeling humiliated because it is obvious that I am able to work, but the question is I have rights acquired because of a congenital disease, which has no cure and only worsen my orthopedic condition. Well, I returned home with the signed paper and qd I noticed, the date of his denial was the day after the day I asked for the gratuity, that is, 7/05, so I did not have to wait 1 month to be denied . I found it a disregard, I doubt if they actually assessed my case and could have been more agile in the response. I do not indicate the company. Unfortunately, they win because we need the transportation passes in Campinas. I'm outraged. I intend to appeal in court.
