Rude, misleading, etc. We called Wednesday and asked about deals for our 5th grader first time lesson and rental as part of the ski pass. We admitted we were late in the year and the gal who we talked to said, no problem, it is free. We'll send you an email, come up tomorrow and have your son have a great day of lessons, rentals, etc. Wow, so cool, so ice.
Other resorts were giving us $10-25 off.

Then we get up there thursday and the manager pulls us aside and says, no way. That is way expired and you need to pay. Then why did we get an email, talk in advance and get confirmed all this in advance for free. We decided wednesday to go up here to loveland ski school b/c of what was promised. It doesn't matter if someone gave us the wrong info, then sent us an email confirming that info and if the manager decides it was all wrong. We shouldn't get punished b/c your staff was wrong and communicated wrong to us. Mrs Manager, deal with your staff issues and don't take out your frustration on your customers. We live in Colorado and will not recommend your resort, ski school to the rest of our family, community or anyone else. Hope winning that battle wins the war for you as well.
