Remember to tell management that you are going to move BEFORE 60 DAYS your leas end. Not just tell them, FILL APPLICATION. We have horrible situation... And now we have to pay for one more month ( not living there) because we told them that we are going to move before 30 days leas end. They said: " you sign the contract - pay!!!"
We sign the contract a YEAR AGO and I don't remember that we have to fill application before 60 days plus they never told us about that during a year or before 60 days. No letter, nothing.
