I had a great time at the zoo. Unfortunately, there aren't many of the typical large/exotic zoo animals... No elephants or pandas, though the monkeys were very active and fun to watch. The African Savannah was lacking, though watching the hippos feed was a highlight of the visit. I really liked the layout of this zoo as well. It was easy to walk through the zones and see everything without having to double back. We really had a great time. The missing star is for the missing animals.
