Occasionally things don't go to plan. When this happens it is up to the restaurant how they deal with a complaint. In the case of Pont de La Tour, we have never had a bad experience in the past and this month was the first time. However the speedy response and way the issue was handled spoke volumes for the way this restaurant is run. I am pleased to be returning for what will i am sure be the usual high standard of dining experience we have come to know and love at Pont de la Tour.
