I had a very good experience with everyone at Root Mortgage. I was buying a home in a city thousands of miles from where I live so I had to trust them explicitly. Communication was always succinct and complete. They stayed on top of me and made sure I got my job done and I always knew that they were doing their job. I think they got me the best deal that was possible and their timing and advice about locking in proved to be exact. I am grateful and, as of today, I can look forward to sleeping in my new home just as soon as I can get the truck packed and on the road.
