Had many problems with the service department here...

Had many problems with the service department here. I made an appointment to have a recall done, and they took over 24 hours to call me and tell me that turns out they can't do anything until they order the parts in. They knew well in advance about what parts would be needed. The worst part was that I needed to rent a car from them since they don't offer loaners and they refused to cover the cost of the rental for the day they wasted OR the day they rescheduled the recall for. This was not the only incident I've had with their department.
