Away is a great luggage brand that has truly disrupted the luggage buying industry. With their great colors and size options, you can finally go into a physical location and see what you re buying.

However, despite awesome features like a lifetime guarantee, I did wish there was more to
See at the store. Although all of their luggage selections are available to view, you can just as easily order all of them to your house and return the ones you don t want. I think making the store more personal would be the right way to go. Maybe offering unique designs or same day lettering could be a future option.
