Very Friendly and professional staff I have yet to actually make a reservation and stay here in a room but I can tell you that their spa at this location is easily probably, THE BEST SPA IN TORONTO! Hands down. No Cap the amenities are great especially for the location of the hotel and the pricing is fair for any luxury/high-end hotel you may stay in dt Toronto
