The apartments are good but the mana management is horrible. Once the handover is done they don't bother to reply to the emails or resolve issues.
The stp in uber verdant is not working from a month and there is no solution. They automatic irrigation system is down from a month, which is suppose to be the key highlight of this project.
They are only bothered about phase 2 construction.
There is no solution to our issues even after repetitive mails sent by the owners.
