Does anyone else feel the service here is slipping...

Does anyone else feel the service here is slipping? Earlier this year, I was told I needed new control arm bushings and got them replaced. A couple days later, I started hearing unsettling metallic noises. I brought the car back in and they said the backing plates had been bent in the process of doing the bushings, and they bent them back into place. However, I still heard the noises and they started getting worse. Next time I brought it in, I was told it was probably other worn bushings so I should leave it to be examined. When I did, the decision was that I needed a new front axle ($600). Still heard the noises! On my third return visit, they realized it was simply that the bushings that had been replaced were not adequately tightened. Problem solved in minutes. I'm still not positive I needed that axle! The massive inconvenience and expense of all this really turned me off. I'm wondering if there have also been management changes, because the vibe is less warm and more like they just want your money. Also, examine your loaner cars carefully here. I was blamed for a nick in the side wall of a tire on one once (I hadn't thought to carefully examine the tires when I received the car, and they insisted they would never let it go out that way), so the next time I got a loaner from them I looked closely and guess what I found? A chunk missing from the side wall of one of the tires. It's not really a convenience to get a loaner if you're going to be blamed for someone else's damages!
