Went in with 3 specific requests, the young guy with glasses was a champ and made 2 of 3 happen. I just moved to Seattle and needed a home base bike shop, this will be IT going forward.

Outstanding service, give that kid a raise please, he went out of his way to make me a return customer.

Also, the low star reviews on here are garbage and should be ignored. They are people who obvi didn t do their homework before coming in, which is the quickest way to get what you want. These guys have a million things in inventory and don t have time to explain how everything works nor do they need to explain how capitalism works. If you don t like retail prices then order it online and stay home, I d rather support my local shop and pay that little extra to keep the big chains and their trash products away.
