First when we checked in night time. Bathroom floor was all water. We called desk they didn t even apologize or change room. They fixed next day when we are at beach . They keep double charging make sure check your bill. When we checked out we got final bill. After came home they charge resort fee and they said we forgot the charge it at final bill. What kind of business they doing I don t understand. They are very unprofessional. I really don t recommend . Go to other good name hotel..
