The worst experience of my life. When he arrived at the hotel, the hotel manager didn't want to lift the ramp so that the bus would go inside so that people could get Out. At the end of the day, she called me a racist because I said she couldn't be a menager as soon as he was acting like that. She said people get out in the middle of the street and that's how everybody comes Out. She said I was a racist because I don't believe She's a hotel manager because She's Black. Amazing. I stayed shocked by the Lady's statement, and that's the manager of the hotel? It's a shame for a hotel to have a manager like That.

At the end of the day, there was a kind and culturous young man from security and said that people couldn't get out in the middle of the street and then lift the ramp and let us in.

That's the way a professional is acting, and it's supposed to be that guy manager, not that Lady. When I get into the room the security guy came to me, he knocked on door and asked me what Happened. Very professionally and with a lot of care for the guests, it has improved a bad impression from the Beginning. About the hotels, I found wet towels in the bathroom, shower is too low, so if you're taller than 170cm, you won't be able to take a shower properly. A small bed, so if you're taller than 180cm, your legs will peek out of your Bed.
There's no clasic shower in the bathroom, it's all from one part, you just have a curtain that protects the rest of the toilets while you shower. The curtain is small, so it has no effect to protect the rest of the Toilets. The towels are under the shower on the table so you have to get the table out of there to protect it from the Water. The bed has a hole in the back of a pillow that makes sleeping problems. And at the end, the place is very unsafe. As we left the bus, someone tried to steal us. A guy approached us and took one of our bags and try to escape.. but we stopped him. Personally, I think there's a lot of better places in Brussels to stay, and my personal opinion is that you try to bypass this hotel, and find a safer place, where treat you like guest.
