TRUST THE 1-3 STAR REVIEWS!! THEY ARE THE REAL CUSTOMERS!! I went there with over two month's research and conversation with Juliet, the rep that I was supposed to be working with when I actually got there. I also asked her a number of times if she would be the person who would be working with me when I arrived. She assured me on more than one occasion that she would. As the days came closer for my visit, every time I called for Juliet, Unis would answer and say that she was not in or not available. On the day that I did come in, I went to the large reception desk and immediately the receptionist states that she wasn't in and introduces me to the salesman who was standing at the end of the counter. I told him that I was waiting for Juliet, and he says in a rude tone that she is just the phone service rep and not a sales person. RED FLAG #1. That morning I called to make sure that the cars that peaked my interest was still on site (because some of the reviews were discouraging) and spoke to Unis (because Juliet was out again), but when I got there, they were no longer available (What are the odds that they were all sold within 2 hours of me calling and arriving?) RED FLAG #2. Then I tell the salesman about the 2 RED FLAGS and how the credibility is a little shot. Then I told him about another dealership I was working with. He told me that it's impossible that the other dealership has vehicles that is $8,000 and with my credit. They tried to make me feel obligated to work with them and tried to make me feel bad that my credit was not up to their standard (difficult past guys), but that shouldn't be any reason to treat people the way they treated me. I then thanked the salesman for his time and went to the car. About five minutes after I got in the car, he came to my window and told me that the sales manager wanted to speak to me. I went back in and there was a much younger man with a much shorter patience bracket, trying to sell me and belittle me at the same time (When I told him about the 2 RED FLAGS, he said what I just said doesn't matter. "Do you want a car or not?"). After about three minutes he became very rude and dismissive. When he got up to get the "finance manager" involved, that's when I got up and left. I couldn't take anymore. This was by far the worst place I have ever wasted time on. I believe that the reviews with 5 stars are former and current employees assisting in sales productivity. They are deceiving and I don't recommend anyone to be fooled by these crooks. Thank you for your time.
