I accidentally bought the wrong product (Update Machine 2.0) and was told again and again that I needed a basic product, which I didn't have.
Passing on / uninstalling of licenses is very complicated. I am really disappointed with this handling. I will now give the product back. Such a thing shouldn't be supported!
